Shipping & payment conditions
Deliveries to foreign countries: Shipping costs for other EU countries or Switzerland are listed in the shop drop-down menu or provided on request. The costs vary according to the product in question, size and weight, and must be paid by the recipient.
Freight costs include transportation and import customs fees for Switzerland for goods below 1000€. Not include optional delivery charges or import sales tax for Switzerland for good over 1000€. These can vary according to the product in question, size and weight, and must be paid by the recipient.
All products are carefully checked by our staff prior to shipment and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. The items are protected against damage during transportation and insured against shipping damage. However, should you discover any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, you are obliged to inform the freight forwarder directly and to record the type of damage on the delivery note. If the product itself is damaged, please send us a message to info@vp-parts.de
If you need a delivery outside the EU, you are welcome to contact us. We will arrange individual shipping costs with you.
